11. Marketing emails: submitting the footer sign-up form adds your email address to our Newsletter mailing list. At checkout, we give customers a clear option to refuse marketing emails. If a customer leaves the option unticked, we add their email address to the same list after their paid order for Pure You product news, offers and updates.

At checkout, customers can tick the marketing option to refuse emails. We do not require marketing in order to buy. Customers who refuse marketing will not be added to the marketing list; all customers may still receive order, delivery and customer-service emails.
