We aim to make every Pure You delivery clear and straightforward. Standard delivery within the United Kingdom costs £3.99 and is free when your order value is over £40. Available services and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout according to the destination, parcel weight and available carrier service. Any local import duties, taxes or customs charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Orders are sent to the delivery address supplied at checkout. Please check your details carefully before placing an order and contact us promptly if a change is needed.

Online cancellation rights

For eligible UK online purchases, you normally have 14 days from receiving your goods to tell us that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return them. For hygiene and health-protection reasons, sealed supplements may not be eligible for cancellation once unsealed where the law permits this exception. Your statutory rights are not affected.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

We also offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your product, contact support@pureyousupplements.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and the reason for your request. We will provide return instructions.

Please return the product, including any unused or remaining contents, in its original packaging where reasonably possible. Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost and safe arrival of the return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where relevant. Where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs in accordance with your legal rights.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and assessed. Bank processing times may vary. Original outbound delivery charges are handled in accordance with applicable law and the basis of the return.
