From a year-long wrist injury to a new purpose

I’m Usman Ali, founder of Pure You. For nearly a year, a persistent wrist injury affected my training, my work and the simple routines I had always taken for granted. Progress felt slow, and quick fixes never gave me the lasting recovery I was looking for.

That experience pushed me to look at recovery as a whole. I became more consistent with collagen and Vitamin C, improved my diet, prioritised rest and paid closer attention to what my body needed. Step by step, my strength and mobility returned until I was finally able to recover fully.

Pure You grew from that turning point. I wanted to create straightforward, premium supplements that make good daily habits easier to maintain—products made for real routines, with quality and clarity at their core.

Today, our mission is simple: help people nourish their wellbeing consistently, confidently and without unnecessary complication.
